PDF to PowerPoint every page a slide

Each page of your PDF is rendered at presentation quality and placed on its own slide, filling it edge to edge. The result looks exactly like the PDF — same layout, same fonts, same charts, same colours — and it opens anywhere without anything having to be installed.

The part every converter is vague about, said plainly: the text on those slides is part of the picture. You can present it, print it, reorder the slides, drop your own boxes and arrows on top — but you cannot click into a paragraph and retype it. That is true of the free converters too; we would rather write it here than let you find out after the download.

If what you actually want is text you can edit, PDF to Word pulls the real text out of a PDF, and PDF to Excel does the same for tables. Convert there, then paste into your slides.

A portrait A4 becomes a portrait slide and a landscape page becomes a landscape one, because the presentation takes its dimensions from your first page. Nothing is stretched, squashed or cropped to fit a 16:9 box you never asked for.

That is worth checking in whatever tool you use: squeezing an A4 report onto a widescreen slide is the most common way a converted deck comes out looking wrong.

The big PDF suites do offer this conversion for free, and then meter it. On the free tiers we checked on 14 August 2026, one of them allows a single task and a 15 MB file, and another allows two tasks per day across all its tools, resetting at midnight. That is fine until you have three reports to convert on the same afternoon.
