PPT to PDF convert your PowerPoint deck online

By ShinobiTools Team · Last updated: August 2026

Drop a presentation and get a PDF with one page per slide — fonts, colours and images intact.

Works with .pptx, .ppt and .odp. Whether it's pptx to pdf or an older .ppt file, the same button handles both.

Your file is deleted the moment it's done. The big PDF sites keep your bank statements and IDs on their servers. Here the original goes right after processing, the result after 45 minutes.

What comes through, honestly

The file is opened by a real office engine and printed to pages, so each slide becomes a page in the order you built it. Fonts, fills, images, charts and shapes come out the way they look on screen, and the text stays real selectable text you can search and copy in the PDF.

What a PDF cannot carry, no converter can give you: animations, slide transitions, embedded video and audio do not survive, because a page does not move. An animated build where four bullets appear one by one comes out as one page with all four bullets on it. That is the honest trade for a file anyone can open.

Speaker notes are not included either — the export is the slides themselves. If you need the notes, print to PDF from PowerPoint with the notes layout selected.

Which files work
  • .pptx and .ppt — PowerPoint, any version.
  • .odp — LibreOffice and OpenOffice Impress.
  • Google Slides: use File, then Download, then PowerPoint (.pptx), and drop that in.

Up to 250 MB per file. Password-protected presentations are refused — remove the password in the app that knows it, then convert the unlocked copy.

Fonts you installed yourself may be substituted if they are not on our server. If the deck leans on an unusual typeface, check the first page of the PDF before you send it on.

Free, and deleted within 45 minutes

Your presentation is deleted from the server the moment the PDF exists, and the PDF itself is deleted 45 minutes later. Nothing is shared or used to train anything.

  • No account, no e-mail, no watermark and no daily cap.
  • The PDF opens on any device, with no presentation software needed to read it.
  • Need the other direction? PDF to PowerPoint turns a document back into slides.
  • Same engine, other formats: Word to PDF and Excel to PDF.

There is no account, no watermark and no daily cap. Everything runs on our own servers; the ads on the page keep them online. Your original upload is deleted the moment processing finishes, the cleaned result stays available for up to 45 minutes so you can download it and is then deleted automatically, and nothing is ever sold, shared or used to train AI.

Common questions

How do I convert PowerPoint to PDF for free?

Drop the file in above and download the PDF: one PDF page per slide, with fonts, colours and images intact. No account, no watermark, no daily limit.

Which files work?

.pptx, .ppt and .odp, up to 250 MB per file (500 MB with a pass). Password-protected presentations are refused; remove the password first.

Do animations and transitions survive?

No, and they cannot: a PDF page does not move. A build where bullets appear one at a time becomes a single page with all of them showing.

Is the text still selectable in the PDF?

Yes. The text stays real text, so you can search it, copy it and let a screen reader read it.

Are my speaker notes included?

No, the export is the slides themselves. For notes, print to PDF from PowerPoint with the notes layout selected.

Will my fonts look right?

Standard fonts come out as they are. A typeface you installed yourself may be substituted if our server does not have it, so check the first page before sending the PDF on.

How do I convert Google Slides to PDF?

In Google Slides choose File, Download, PowerPoint (.pptx), then drop that file in here.

Is this the same as 'Save as PDF' in PowerPoint?

Same result: a real office engine prints the deck to pages. It is useful when you don't have PowerPoint installed or need to convert from another device, with nothing to install, because everything happens on our server.

How do I share a PowerPoint as a PDF?

Drop the .pptx in and download the PDF. It opens on any device in any PDF reader, without presentation software, which is handy for sending a deck that shouldn't be edited.

What happens to my files?

The presentation is deleted the moment the PDF exists; the PDF is deleted automatically 45 minutes later.
