Excel to PDF exactly as it prints

The file is opened by a real office engine and printed to PDF, so you get what the print preview would give you: the same fonts, the same cell borders, the same fill colours, the same number and date formatting. Charts and images on the sheet come along too.

That also means the page setup in your file decides the result. A sheet that is wider than a page will be split across pages exactly as it would on paper — if you want it on one page, set the print area or scaling in Excel first, then convert. We would rather tell you that than let you discover it in the download.

Formulas are not recalculated: whatever value was last stored in the cell is what gets printed. That is what any print does, and it means a spreadsheet with stale results prints stale results.

Up to 50 MB per file. Password-protected workbooks are refused — remove the password in the app that knows it, then convert the unlocked copy.

Your spreadsheet is deleted from the server the moment the PDF exists, and the PDF itself is deleted 45 minutes later. Nothing is stored, shared or used to train anything.
