ScanReviver is free: no account, no watermark, and up to 10 document scans a day. If you need more, there are two optional passes: €5 for 30 days or €3 for 24 hours. That is the whole price list.

The passes: €5 for 30 days, €3 for 24 hours
One-off payment. No subscription, nothing renews, nothing is charged again. It raises how much you can process: the cleanup itself and the deletion policy stay exactly the same. With a pass:

Three things worth knowing before you buy:
- The clock starts at your first document, not at payment. Buy it tonight and start next week; the clock only begins when you actually process something. An unused pass stays claimable for 90 days.
- One pass works on all our tools. The same pass also raises the limits on StemGrab, ConvertNinja and the other ShinobiTools sites. See shinobitools.com.
- It does not change the cleanup or the deletion policy. Free and paid produce the same result, and both get the original deleted right after processing. The pass only lifts how much you can run through it.
Payment and receipts
Payment is processed by Stripe. The seller is ShinobiTools: we account for the VAT, and you get a confirmation by e-mail after payment. We never see or store your card details. Prices include any VAT that applies to your country.
A pass is stored in the browser you bought it in: there are no accounts here, so it will not show up on another device or in a private window.

Is ScanReviver really free?
Yes: no account, no watermark, no card. You get up to 10 document scans a day and every PDF tool up to 25 pages per file, free. The ads on the page are what pay for the server.
What happens to my document?
Your original upload is deleted right after processing. The cleaned result stays available for up to 45 minutes so you can download it, then it is deleted automatically, and you can also delete it immediately with the button on the result. Files are never used for AI training and are never sold or shared.
Is it safe to scan something like a bank statement or an ID?
That is the case ScanReviver is built for. The big PDF sites keep your documents on their servers; here the original is gone the moment processing finishes, and the result itself either expires within 45 minutes or you delete it yourself right away.
Do I need an account?
No, on either the free tool or the pass. There is no sign-up anywhere on ScanReviver.
What does the €5 or €3 pass actually change?
